By Johnny Tremaine -- The pale, old, fat white guys in Congress should repeal their own healthcare if they want to deny somebody
healthcare under the auspices of reducing the budget deficit -- and they should cut their pay in half if they are interested in shrinking the size of government. And if they want to reduce waste (waist) -- if they would just all cut back to a half-a-beef and a bread per day they could all lose 100 lbs or so -- and the size (and weight) of government would be drop by around 25%, judging from the appearance of guys like Chris Christie and some of the portly, genteel chaps in Congress and some governorships.
Republicans used to claim we must "repeal" and "replace" ObamaCare. Now they just cry out that we must "repeal" ObamaCare -- or
civilization as we know it will come to an end. The truth of the matter is that if we just taxed those fat-cat bastards that don't need it anyway a few pennies more per million dollars they've rat-holed, we could all have a civilized, health-conscious and healthy society with a more productive work-force and a more productive economy.
They want to repeal healthcare because they and their rich and super rich sugar daddies and campaign contributors can afford the best
healthcare on there own -- or it is already provided by the government for them -- and therefore do not need national healthcare -- and neither they nor their GOP enablers and sycophants could careless about the middle-class, the working poor, the poor and disabled, children and the elderly -- because there is nothing in it for they, themselves.
The rich and super rich, their corporations and their politician alter boys care only about themselves. The only value in all the rest of the
people is as people to prey upon -- whether it is to use them for indentured servants and slaves to make money on -- or to prey upon to steal everything last dollar, house, car, antique and precious piece of jewelry from before they die prematurely from lack of good nutrition and adequate healthcare. We are talking about the monsters -- you know -- those with those big hearts.
Ask yourself this question. Would your life be better or worse if the rich and super rich packed up and took their predatory, monopolistic, crony free market capitalistic corporations to another country? And would you miss them? I mean, if they don't want us to have trade union and good jobs, healthcare, vacations or retirement -- or even our democracy -- what good are they?
We had an old saying when I was growing up: "Good riddance -- to bad rubbish!" If you don't want an America with equality of income distribution, with equal justice and ever-increasing economic and social opportunity for all -- then we don't need -- 0r want -- you! So get lost!
